How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. On the product page you can enter your zip code to see the shipping costs once you select a quantity.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We only accept Net 30 purchase orders from schools, government agencies, and municipalities. Anyone can submit a purchase order that has a credit card supplied for payment. Please fax to 631-225-4896.

How do I reorder my envelopes?
Reordering is easy! You can place a reorder through the my account section or the reorder center. You will need to login to view your order history. If you did not register on this site when you placed your last order it will not be available online for you to reorder. If you have trouble finding your last order online, please call Customer Service at 1-800-653-1705.

How long does it take to get my order?
Plain envelopes usually ship the same or next business day. Printed Envelopes have a production time of 5 business days, standard production, or 2 business days, rush production. Once your envelopes ship, they can take 1-5 business days depending on the level of service selected at checkout.

Yes, samples are $1.00 each, and you get a $1.00 coupon to use on your next order. See details.

How do I order a printed envelope?
On the product page, select the printed tab. You will need to select how many ink colors will be printed on the front and back of the envelope. The back of the envelope has the flap. Then select the production time that will suit your needs. Next, Choose quantity, and select if you want to design your envelope online, or you will be uploading a digital file. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. On the product page you can enter your zip code to see the shipping costs once you select a quantity.

How do I order a quantity not shown?
There is a text entry box in the "prices and options" area of the product page. Enter any quantity (increments of 50, for plain envelopes, 500, for printed envelopes) and your price for that quantity will appear. Select it, and add to cart.
Envelope Printing Services

Do you send a proof for my printed envelopes?
Yes, we send a free PDF proof with all new orders. Once you place your order, you should receive your proof within the next 24 hours by e-mail. You will need to log in to this website to approve your proof.

How long does it take to get printed envelopes?
We offer standard production (5 business days from proof approval) and Rush Production (2 business days after proof approval). Once your order ships, it takes 1-5 business days in transit, depending on the shipping method you choose.

Do you accept artwork with bleeds?
Yes and No. It depends on the ink color, the size of the solids, and many other factors. We do not accept bleeds on 4 color envelopes, because we use UV inks that dry instantly, and would damage the press when there are bleeds. We can review your desired design if it includes a bleed to let you know if it will be problematic.

Can you print an entire envelope a color?
No. We do not flood coat, or do four sided full bleeds. We print on ready made envelopes, not on flat sheets that are then converted to envelopes. If you want a full bleed, you'll need to have them printed flat and converted after.

Do you print white ink on envelopes?
We can only print white ink on clear translucent envelopes, although you will only see the white ink when something dark is inserted into the envelope. We do not print white ink on any other envelopes. We can print Silver (PMS 877) that will give a similar effect on dark or black envelopes.

Can you print the front and back?
Yes. We offer printing on one or both sides of envelopes. Choose the number of ink colors on the front or back on the product page.
