Reordering

The easiest way to reorder a past order is by visiting our Re-Order Center

Exact Reorder with No Changes

Please locate your previous order that you would like to re-order in the list of your past orders. You can do an exact reorder with no changes by clicking the re-order button. This will add the same order, with the same quantity and the same artwork to your cart, and will notify us that no changes are needed. We will still send you a PDF proof to approve that will verify everything is correct.

Reorder with Changes

You can specify small changes to your past order and our prepress department will prepare a new updated proof for your approval.

Some common changes are:

• Change of ink color
• Change of return address
• Change in quantity
• Removal or Updating for a tagline

If the changes are more extensive, the best choice would be to place a new order, and upload or design new artwork. There is no discount for re-orders so you are not losing out by placing a new order.
