If we can't ship your order for more than 3 business days, we will notify you. Also, if you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know, so we can keep an eye on it.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00PM on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

We accept returns of plain products if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. A refund for order amount, minus shipping and restocking fee (if applicable, see below) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 days of receiving and reviewing your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages, unless we made an error.

Your return needs to be in re-sellable condition or a refund will not be processed. The carton the envelopes come in is part of the product, so please do not discard, deface, write on, or destroy the carton.
